Retention, Cookies & Data Security
Retention and Deletion
Raha Technologies retains user data as long as your account remains active. Upon written request for deletion, we will erase your identifiable data within thirty (30) days. Certain residual or system log data may be retained securely for a period not exceeding one (1) year for audit and compliance. Financial or tax-related transaction data may be retained for up to five (5) years as required under Indian law.
Passive Data Collection and Cookies
We may collect limited technical data automatically through cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights), or log files to understand usage patterns and improve website performance, maintain security, prevent fraud, and identify user sessions. Cookies are retained only as long as necessary for analytics and operational continuity, typically not exceeding twelve (12) months, after which such data is anonymized or deleted. You can disable cookies through browser settings, but doing so may restrict access to certain website features.
Data Security

Users must safeguard their login credentials. Raha Technologies shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. Despite our best efforts, we do not warrant absolute impenetrability of systems due to inherent risks of internet transmission.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
